At the Manufacturing plant Redesigned the Quench Air system for Polymer production – this design was used in the Phase II expansion new plant. Developed the export manual and paperwork system. Studied and developed the inspection system.  Developed the Branch MIS reporting and monitoring system.  Developed the 5 year plan in conjunction with the Corporate Long range planning team. Involved in development of the advertising strategy and implementation. 

For an Epoxy Resin Manufacturing Company

Provided direct inputs in dealing with the top management of high value customers. Provided guidelines and processes for achievement of Revenue and growth targets, control and development of the All India branch network, Logistics management of all SKUs at Regional offices and depots. Brand management of Industrial adhesives. Compilation of control systems and reference manuals for the management of Institutional Business. Production of advertising and communication material which differentiated the product from competition. Increased participation in Exhibitions to target a leadership position in the industry and highlight the products.
