Engagement included project on Materials inventory / Logistic System at Automobile Manufacturing plant. Project on production systems at the IT Hardware manufacturing plant. Developed the export manual and paperwork system. Studied and developed the inspection system for Fishnet twine.  Developed the Branch MIS reporting and monitoring system.  Developed the 5 year plan for Fishnet twine in conjunction with the Corporate Long range planning team. Involved in development of the advertising strategy for Engineering plastics. Redesigned the Quench Air system for Polymer production. Provided Board level inputs on the effects of the Union Budget on the operations of the Group and individual companies.
